Nursing Center

The St. Anne Home Nursing Center offers superior and compassionate intermediate and skilled nursing care. The nursing center is staffed by a team of highly qualified physicians, nurses, therapists and aids who provide care in the 125-bed home. The Nursing Center offers both semi-private and private resident rooms and is Medicaid and Medicare certified.

Nurses are on duty around the clock, and a physician is always on call. In addition to excellent medical care, residents and their families benefit from the spiritual, social, and emotional support offered at St. Anne Home. Residents may attend daily religious services in St. Anne Home chapel. They may also participate in a wide variety of social activities. The St. Anne Home nursing center provides the following services with love, compassion, and understanding:

• Geriatric rehabilitation therapies
• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Restorative nursing care to promote independence
• IV therapy
• Respite care

• Pastoral care
• Spacious outdoor courtyards
• Personal savings and checking account management
• Nutrition counseling and special diet consultation
• Pharmacy services
• Dental, podiatry, optometry, and psychology services
• Physician services

All rates do not include:
Physician fees, medications (including over the counter and prescriptions drugs), Dental Services, Optometry Services, Podiatry Services, Psychology Services, Rehabilitation Therapy, Ambulance Services, and/or any other treatments or aids ordered by the physicians are to be paid by the resident or responsible party.

Reserved Rooms:
A fee will be charged in accordance with the room type described above for all rooms being "reserved" for the residents or prospective resident if so desired. Reserved rooms may be covered by medical assistance if certain requirements are met.
